Many students arrive on campus with little or no practical laundry experience, which provides the perfect opportunity to educate them on environmentally-responsible laundry habits. Mac-Gray utilizes a variety of methods, including in-room signage and machine decals to educate students on the benefits of green behavior in the laundry room.
We also go beyond the laundry room with our Clean & Green VisionTM and The Campus Clothes Line web sites to provide digital resources, complete with instructions, videos, surveys and a forum to provide feedback to help us provide the student laundry experience students appreciate most.
An education is what students want, and Mac-Gray Campus Solutions helps provide them one in the laundry room. The more knowledge they possess about sustainability and the environmental impact of laundry, the cleaner your campus and our planet will be.
In order to educate ourselves and to keep up with emerging environmental trends on campus, we have been proud members of AASHE (Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education) since early 2008 and support the mission of the ACUPCC (American College and University President's Climate Commitment).
